Our mission is to provide a clean, licensed and professionally maintained rental space for all culinary entrepreneurs, enabling them the opportunity to develop their specialty food products.

About the Company
and team

The kitchen is located in central Ventura with close proximity to both the 126 and 101 freeways. The kitchen offers over 1600 square feet of actual food preparation space as well as storage and refrigeration availability. The kitchen is available for rent seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The facility has been recently upgraded with new appliances and equipment. The kitchen and staff are fully licensed and certified and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. There is an on-site manager who oversees the smooth running of the kitchen and sees that all equipment is maintained in good order.

There are three kitchen stations available for rent. Each station consists of two eight foot stainless steel prep tables with double overhead shelves and drawers. Each station has access to the “common use area” which consists of a hot kitchen, cold kitchen, dry storage, restroom, personal break area front lobby and event planning space.
